Privacy policy

Your information, handled with care.

Last updated: October 2026

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to this policy.

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, send a partner inquiry, or contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, contact information, the property's location and type, and anything you tell us about the job.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, arrange walkthroughs, prepare quotes, schedule and complete work, and send completion reports. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers needed to operate this website and our services, and never for their marketing.

Where it is stored

Inquiry records and photos are stored with Lovable Cloud, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany. We use Web3Forms to deliver inquiries to our inbox and filter spam, and Google Analytics to measure site use. Web3Forms and Google may also process data outside Canada. Inquiry photos are stored privately and are not attached to emails.

Photos and reports

Completion reports include dated photographs of the property. These are shared only with you and the people you ask us to include, such as an executor, realtor or lawyer.

How long we keep it

Inquiries, photos and reports are kept for 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies and device identifiers to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as pages visited and buttons clicked. You can opt out with a browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

Your choices and privacy contact

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Our privacy contact is [your full name]. Email contentscleared@gmail.com or call (905) 519-8163.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
